The 2026 Awards
We are delighted to reveal some of the details for the Legal News Wales Awards 2026, a celebration of excellence in the business of law in Wales.

Following an outstanding response from across the legal sector in Wales following the launch of the awards in 2025, the categories have been expanded to support the next generation of lawyers as well as those driving the business management of our nation's legal profession. There are also now two business growth categories to cater for the increasing number of scale up and boutique firms in Wales
The 2026 awards programme spotlights exceptional performance and innovation in leadership, business operations, marketing, client service, finance, tech, culture, community support, pro bono work and more – to showcase the strength and impact of the entire legal profession in and beyond Wales.

The 2026 Legal News Wales Awards are now CLOSED FOR ENTRY.
Our 2026 Finalists have been announced; winners will be revealed at our Awards Ceremony in Cardiff on 4 June 2026. Tickets now on sale here.
Join Legal News Wales in our vision to celebrate excellence in the business of law in Wales and showcase the positive impact of our legal sector on the Welsh economy and society. It's an exciting time for legal services in Wales, with a thriving, diverse landscape of law firms, in-house legal teams, barristers’ chambers and supporting service professionals.

Those driving change, taking risks and creating growth deserve to be recognised and their stories shared to inspire others and attract further growth.

Legal News Wales founded these annual awards in 2025 to recognise the initiatives, organisations and individuals who are transforming the way legal services are delivered, to showcase those who are building sustainable equity driven cultures that empower professionals, and positively impact communities in Wales, and beyond. (Read more about the inaugural Legal News Wales Awards hosted in 2025, here.)
